The City of Rutland, the Chamber of Commerce, Rutland Planning Commission and the Rutland Economic Development Corporation endorse this project. As evidence of support for our project, Rutland Regional Planning Commission is currently funding a Phase I and II environmental assessment of the project site. A Phase I environmental site assessment was completed in 2020. The Rutland Regional Planning Commission is coordinating a Phase II environmental site assessment to be completed fall 2021.
